I’m so sick of my dad thinking he doesn’t need to apologize.

Don’t fucking text me acting like everything is okay. It’s not. I love you and I miss you but I have too much respect for myself to let you act that way and get away with it.

It feels good to stand up for yourself. I plan on doing it more often. I deserve better and I’m making sure I’m going to fucking get what I deserve.

I didn’t realize how awesome Jillian Michaels is

I was just reading through the reviews on her DVDs on amazon and thousands of people are so impressed and affected by her videos. I’ve also noticed that a lot of people on here do her 30 Day Shred which inspired me to look it up.

I’m definitely ordering it when I get paid. It will be awesome to have on top of the gym and my healthy diet. Going to the beach for a week is really screwing me up though. My body doesn’t look any different and now I have to be self conscious as fuck in a bathing suit. I’m not looking forward to that at all..
